Construction Inspection

ANTHONIO has performed various level of construction inspection from modernization to new construction for Oakland USD since 2003 to date without any litigations. Our most recent inspection services projects include but not limited to:

Glenview ES (new construction),
Central Kitchen (new construction),
McClymond HS (modernization),
Emerson ES Softball Field (new construction).

Our inspection staff have performed many successful inspections on various simple and complex school projects in Northern California including K-12 Schools and Community colleges. Every has personal knowledge and relationship with DSA staff and Field Engineers at DSA offices in Oakland and Sacramento. ANTHONIO Inc has performed inspection services on over 200 school projects including small and large projects.

Project Management and Scheduling

ANTHONIO'S project inspectors have worked in reviewing and adjusting construction schedules in the past projects with project team members. We are always ready to assist the District Facilities and Contractors in managing the schedules to avoid potential delays. We are team player and will assist in looking for ways for the contractors to procure long-lead items to avoid delays. Our inspectors are ready to work on shift hours and weekends to help with these contractor delays. We have the ability to assign inspectors to cover for any sick of unforeseen conditions for other inspectors. We are willing to work on multiple projects.

ANTHONIO, Inc schedule experts create cutting edge and reliable planning schedules using Primavera technology to facilitate projects through the design process. We carefully evaluate construction schedules to reduce delays and claim for time by the contractor.
